We are excited to launch a personalized project/goal in the form of a grant for each member of Junket that will be more specific to them as they navigate independence.
For the past 11 years, we have built a core group and maintained those relationships by engaging them in entrepreneurial projects which helped them work in groups, wade through conflict resolution and get a good sense of a positive work experience. As they begin their 20’s we see more of a need for a specialized personal project/goals that reflect where they are right now whether that be navigating school, family, jobs, financial independence and/or setting up a new apartment (to name a few). Many have been independent for a few years and have been making headway in getting to where they want to be, but there is more that needs to be done.
Our hope is to create space for them to explore and truly find their place in their communities, utilizing Junket as a trusted and safe space to dream, build and grow.
It takes a village and we would love for you to join ours!

Our dream is to continue to provide a safe space and a forever safety net for each youth who walks through Junket’s door. A place where no one ever ages out. Once a member, always a member.

We are building up a community of resources and practical support for our growing family of foster youth to support their ongoing journey into adulthood and independence.

We’re striving to nurture and sustain the growth of the Junket Forever Family in order to spread the impact to even more young adults seeking support so each one feels the love of family support.
