Task No 01: Ensure each Junket member has a consistent, reliable way to communicate and be productive.
I’m sure we all have gone on that vacation to find ourselves without cell service, no way to communicate, google a question, grab that document out of the cloud (e.g. a resume) or just simply stay in touch with the news. Once we return after two weeks of relaxation, we jump back in with both feet being overly connected and continue on our way being productive and getting things done.
Sometimes that “un-plugged two-week vacation” can be a daily reality for some, resulting in more of a nightmare than a vacation. In many cases it hinders productivity, being able to get things done and stay on top of life’s daily tasks of paying bills, keeping accounts updated and simply staying afloat.
Junket’s No 01 task for 2023 is making sure every single Junket member has consistent phone service with a hot spot so they are never disconnected. This allows them to have working wifi at all times so they stay up to date with their accounts, banking and offers the ability to do all things remote rather than needing in-person appointments. We have partnered with T Mobile/Apple to take advantage of a business plan for a very cost-effective way to offer this crucial basic service to each Junket member.
The cost of the phone service will be deducted from their new yearly grant at a much lower cost than what they are currently paying for their own phone service. For all, it’s a win-win and puts everyone in a position of having the same resources as the next.
Our February update is more of a logistical catch-up but we are excited to see how this can motivate and encourage more productivity as well as empower the Junket crew, knowing they’re able to be connected at all times and actively working toward their various goals with the barrier of inconsistent phone service no longer an issue.
